Fiction that makes a difference. Fiction that touches people on a personal, subjective level in a way nonfiction never can. Satire, highly imaginative, speculative, radical fiction. That is what the Mountain Sentinel is all about. Then again, we aren't opposed to telling a good yarn simply for its own sake.
